The delivery deadline is of 15 working days. The delivery deadline is given only for informational purposes and can give rise in any cancellation of the order. The delivery date is calculated by taking into account deadlines of preparation and shipping to which is added the delivery deadline of the carrier. The delivery is made at the address of your choice (a particular house or place of work) in metropolitan France by UPS, or any other means of delivery chosen by Peter Blade. Jbradford will not be held responsible in a case of delivery to an incorrect address.
According to the article L.121-20 and following ones of the Code of the Consumption, you have a deadline of 7 working days from the date of delivery of your command, to turn any article not suiting you, in its original packing and in good condition, appropriate to its re-marketing and to ask for the exchange or for the refund without penalty, with the exception of the expenses of return. All the turned products (shoes, original packing, accessories, note ...) will have to be sent back perfectly intact. Upon receipt of the item, Jbradford will judge the perfect state of the turned goods. No return will be accepted if the turned products were used apparently or damaged because of the customer and whom this use or this damage make the product unfit for the sale. If the return is refused by Jbradford, products will then have returned to the customer at the expense of Peter Blade without the customer can demand any compensation or law for refund, with the exception of the later exercise of his rights for guarantee on the sold goods. In case of abnormal or excessive returns, Jbradford reserves the right to refuse a later order. Any return has to be the object of a request of return, accompanied with a photo in case of quality problem, by contacting the MDVS S.L company. The customer will then have to return to Jbradford the item following the instructions which will be confirmed to him(her). The returns for exchange of size are made towards the Peter Blade's warehouse at Alicante (Spain). The returns for quality problem are made towards the Peter Blade's quality department to Alicante (Spain). The customer will have to keep the proof of the deposit which will be put back to him in The Post office during the deposit of the item. This proof of deposit mentions the number of Colissimo, the weight of the turned item and the date of filing to the post office.
